By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

0mail.pro provides a temporary email service that allows users to create disposable email addresses to receive emails for a limited period. Users can utilize the core temporary email functionality without an account. Optional user accounts may be created to access certain additional or enhanced features ("Enhanced Features") as described on our Service.

2. User Accounts (Optional)

a. Account Creation: To access Enhanced Features, you may need to register for an account by providing your name and email address. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

b. Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if any, beyond just the email and name) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

c. Eligibility: You must be at least [Specify minimum age, e.g., 13 or 18 years old, consistent with your Privacy Policy and applicable law] to create an account or use our Service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Engage in any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Send, receive, or facilitate the transmission of unsolicited messages (spam), including junk mail, chain letters, or other forms of unauthorized solicitation.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Engage in phishing, pharming, or any other activity intended to obtain sensitive information from others.
  • Transmit any material that contains software viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
  • Engage in or promote any activity that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, libelous, harassing, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service.
  • Use the Service for any high-risk activities where the failure or disruption of the Service could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage.
  • [Add any other specific prohibited uses relevant to a temporary email service, e.g., "registering for third-party services in a way that violates their terms," "bypassing paywalls or service limitations," etc. Be specific.]

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your access to the Service without notice, for any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users, such as the content of emails received), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 0mail.pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of [Specify Country/Jurisdiction, e.g., "the country where your business is based"] and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of 0mail.pro.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

5. Disclaimers and Nature of Service

a. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE": The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0mail.pro expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

b. Temporary Nature: You acknowledge and agree that the email addresses provided are temporary and emails sent to these addresses are subject to deletion as described in our operational practices (e.g., after [X hours/days, consistent with Privacy Policy]). We do not guarantee the storage, delivery, or retrieval of any emails or data for any specific period beyond their intended temporary lifespan.

c. No Guarantee of Service: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that emails will always be delivered or that the service will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

d. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any consequences thereof. Do not use temporary email addresses for critical communications or for receiving sensitive information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 0mail.pro, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service (including emails);
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content (including emails), whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to [Specify an amount, e.g., "the amount you paid us, if any, for use of the Enhanced Features in the last six months" or a nominal sum like "$1.00" if the core service is free. This needs careful legal consideration.].

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Termination

a. By Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service (including your account, if any) immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

b. By You: You may cease using the Service at any time. If you have an account, you may request deletion of your account by [Describe procedure, e.g., "contacting us at [email protected]" or via account settings].

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 0mail.pro and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password (if applicable); b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on or sent via the Service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction, e.g., "the State of [Your State], United States" or "your country"], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

[Optional: Add a clause about dispute resolution, e.g., "Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration in [City, State/Country] under the rules of [Arbitration Association], rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify." This section requires careful legal consideration and advice.]

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least [e.g., 15 or 30] days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

11. Entire Agreement
